Take some time right now and think about your favorite memories. for me, as well as many of you out there in blog land, there are quite a few that involve food. In fact, it wouldn't be an overstatement to say that I love food. I love everything about it, the textures, the colors, the taste and what it does to the soul when accompanied with good people. but....i dont like to cook. how do you love food and yet not like to cook? I don't know. I think it is a result of laziness. you see I am one of 4 girls, all of whom love to cook and are really really good at it. so i didnt have to learn or even to try. But I am determined that 2011 is a new year! a new year to change the status quo! i want to learn to cook one new dish and one new dessert every month. not too hard you say. so its easily grasped. I'm excited!
